Hi guys!,

let me tell you that you did a great, great! job. I love your idea and how easy it works.

With your permision, I am trying the Flash blog on my site www.saveguimaras.com ... and I've would like to talk about some things that I would like to fix.

The most important thing is to be able to put all the stuff of the FLA project inside of a movieclip.. That would make it easier to interact with other parts of the movie.

To resolve this, I've changed the "_root." prefix per "_root.blog" in all the functions of the 3rd frame and after that I've created a new movieclip called "blog". For the moment it works a little bit.

After changing the path, there is something wrong with the mask movieclip of the comments. Click on "comments" to see what's happening.

Another problem I've found is the "previous" and "next" buttons... they don't work at the beggning, so I cannot see more stories in the front page...

Another problem... there is no mouselistener for to capture the wheel events and the scrollbar is too thin to scroll comfortably...

The links: "read the rest of this entry &raquo"...  what is &raquo??? and the links dont work.

The height of the whole flash blog should be resizable. Its too big and I would like to adjust it to the Stage.height

How were you able to watch the standar blog??? Whenever I try to watch the standar wordpress blog with the flash theme... I only see a blank page with garbage. Check it out: http://www.saveguimaras.com/blog/

Hi,
Just one person trying to hold on, so sorry for my late reply.

1. Once you activate FlashBlog plugin, only thing it can output is an XML (which is read by Flash). So after activating it, if you try to see your blog, it will defenitely show blank screen (but view source will show you the XML).

2. There are bugs in this code and most of them you pointed out are correct bugs. I am trying to find some time to stabilise this code and soon I will be coming up with a much stable and customizable version.

Thanks for all your comments and testing it. It helps me get a better insight into kind of features people like you would need.
