So, I was thinking about it. What about tying the /jobs commands to signs that begin with [Jobs]?

[Jobs] - Line 1, [Jobs] tag
Miner - Line 2, job title
Lines 3-4 blank.

Right-click the sign to join that job. Left-click to get the /jobs info about it. That simple.
