Ah, let me add my HO as well ;-) If the user does *not* want to see the app themed (which I can sympathize with) they most probably will switch to the old standard look. It's the right way to maintain a consistent UI in the OS, which I deem very important. So this means to disable themes on a per-app basis isn't a very convincing argument to me.
