#1 request_value & data_value

It might be nice to have access to column value,
request_value, & data_value separately - I'm still
trying to get clear what minimum access is needed -
weather value should return all three, etc.

request_value should be populated by $form->add_column,
data_value should get populated by $form->data_handler
