#19 Status bar needs to be updated more often

Need to add a viewer class to check execution status every 5-10 seconds to update execution status bar.

GUI has been changed slightly --- now status bar is updated for each rule that has been executed. This makes it quite smooth if file is mid size and number of rules is big. This obviously does not help much file big files with few rules. Also status bar does not update during file upload to the memory.
