FladsClassifieds: version 090824 released

FladsClassifieds is a general classifieds script for publishing classified advertisements on a website - possibly multilingual. It runs on top of a PHP MVC framework and uses a MySQL database.

New in version 090824:
- caching added,
- extra field type added for dates formatted YYYY,
- word censor added
- file permissions of category and ads images as well as those of captcha images can be overidded,
- fixes for numeric extra field default value handling and multi-level drop down menus.
