FladsClassifieds: version 090330 released

FladsClassifieds is a multilingual application for publishing classified advertisements on a website. It runs on top of a PHP MVC framework and uses a MySQL database.

With this release, lists of values for "geography" fields may be configured. These values are used to make it easier for ad poster to fill in "geography" fields.

Also included are enhancements in the presentation of the website configuration panel and of advertisements lists.

Installation instructions are in the docs folder of the distribution file.
