Just a quick note: How can I Play Ogg-FLAC-files with
Winamp?

If I name them *.ogg, the vorbis-plugin wants to play
them, what doesn't work, of course.

If the files are named *.flac, the FLAC-plugin will
complain about "invalid/missing FLAC metadata".

Ogg FLAC support is not in any of the plugins yet, and
probably won't be until flac 1.0.6

ok, i'll wait untill the plugin supports ogg flac and keep
those cd as wave-files in the meantime.

btw, how good is the chance, that tagging-support (like in
the vorbis-plugin) will also be in included?

    Chances are good.

But I have to say for storing CDs there's no real advantage to Ogg FLAC over FLAC. Ogg FLAC is really for use in muxing together with other codecs in Ogg apps or for streaming in Ogg-aware tools.

i simply like those vorbis tags, thats my only reason. will
there be a way to tag normal FLAC with vorbis tags?

There already is a way, just use the -T option to flac. metaflac has many options for adding/removing/editing tags also.
