#361 FRAME_HEADER documentation mismatch

There is a mismatch in the formal format spec regarding sample rate representation in FRAME_HEADER:
1) http://flac.sourceforge.net/format.html#frame_header specifies 11 sample rate presets: [0001-1011]
2) http://flac.sourceforge.net/format.html#format_overview, one paragraph states: "Eight of the bit patterns correspond to the commonly used sample rates of 8/16/22.05/24/32/44.1/48/96 kHz".

If the 1st specification is the correct one, I believe that the 2nd specification (which is rather an example rather than a specification), should be changed to:
"The bit patters 0001-1011 correspond to the commonly used sample rates of 88.2/176.4/192/8/16/22.05/24/32/44.1/48/96 kHz"
