#10 Refresh directory to add .fatjar file to project

When the settings for a fat jar are saved, the
resulting file is not visible in the project until a
refresh is performed. This is a minor annoyance. When
a jardesc file is created from the export JAR wizard,
it immediately shows up in the window. It would be
nice if the .fatjar file would have the same behavior.

The same problem exists when the jar is created (via quick
build or normal build). It doesn't show up in the project
until a refresh. This seems to be automated in the export
JAR wizard.
