#26 Keyboard Shortcuts showing on all SetUp and Test pages

Background:

We have been using FitNesse (version 20140630) for the last two years and have a large set of tests as of now. We recently upgraded FitNesse version to 20160618 and then 20161106.

The Issue:

Everything else is fine with the upgrade but seeing Keyboard Shortcuts (see attachment) on all SetUp and Test pages. The options are even showing in the FitNesse reports after execution.

What I've tried so far:

We've tried removing -h option from Tabe of Contents settings ( !contents) and also checked pages in edit mode and their properties. There is nothing we can find which is injecting the Keyboard Shortcuts on each page.

As far as I know the options should show up in a popup box when user presses ? mark on any wiki page. But here they are injected in the page HTML and not going away even on clicking "Close" option.

Any idea what's wrong with our FitNesse configuration?
