Fitnesse 20121220 introduced a new themeing engine, and it looks like they broke compatibility with FitLibrary. fitlibrary.runtime.FoldingTexts renders expand and collapse code that is not compatible with this version of Fitnesse.
The correct code appears to be in fitnesse.wikitext.parser.Collapsible
