#14 FitLibraryRunner doesn't work with Fitnesse v20121220
An incompatible API change to HtmlPageFactory (renamed to PageFactory) means FitLibraryRunner no longer works with the latest FitNesse distribution (v20121220).
The error seems confined to changes to APIs used by ParalellFitNesseRepository.
Tested with FitLibrary v2.0
