I have just removed the dependency between the document and tax modules.
I have removed the tax and taxable attributes of document line.
These changes, of course, affect also both Fisterra Distribution and
Fisterra Garage. Both of them have been updated according to the new
data structure.
The bmodules package current version is 2.1.2
