It is not clear what you are trying to ask. It would have saved us some time if you had interpreted the contents of the website to us in terms that we can readily understand.
In any case we assume you want to know if GT.M supports multi-threading of a single process with automatic thread spawn to handle new connections in an asynchronous fashion. The answer is no. GT.M currently doesn't support threads.
