How could I send a local file (upload) to gtm server using a web application. Now I know nothing about this. Could you please give a specify demo?

    Thank you very much.

http://207.192.157.194/demo/TestCGI.htm tells you how to use GET and POST.  If you want to do more, such as send a local file, you may need to write some Javascript code on the browser to communicate with the process on the server.  Perhaps you could post your example as a demo?
