#2 Add "ping" switch to BOT

I have tried all sorts to get my network to be able to
ping ipcop and targets outside of green when the BOT
MOD is installed but I'm not an expert in ICMP or
firewalls.

Would it be possible to add some kind of "allow ping"
checkbox to the UI ?

Or maybe a set of them, something like:

[x] allow ping
green to [x] red [x] blue [x] orange
blue to [x] red [x] green [x] orange
orange to [x] red [x] green [x] blue

I think this is required due to the difficulties
involved in configuring ICMP on a firewall.

And the IPCop developers are the people that would know
how to do it correctly.
