#37 Many address ranges in non-routable are no longer reserved

Many of the IP address ranges in firestarter's
non-routable list has lost the "IANA - Reserved" status
and are in use by various ISPs around the world.
Firestarter is thus blocking legitimate access.

Please, keep the list synchronized with
http://www.iana.org/assignments/ipv4-address-space .
