#36 remember window dimensions and position, toolbar styles

In order to be more HIG-compliant, firestart should
remember the following user settings automatically:

- window position
- general window size
- pane states (for example, the "active connections"
widget must remember if it was left open

I suggest saving those settings in gconf with keys in
/apps/firestarter/client/ui/

Additionally, there is a user setting in GNOME that
determines the way the user wishes to represent toolbar
buttons. For example, I like my toolbars to have text
displayed on the right, only for "important" buttons.
This can be determined using the following gconf key:
/desktop/gnome/interface/toolbar_style

Those are pretty much small user interface glitches,
but important nonetheless. Thanks a lot for this
awesome piece of software!
