#34 ability to "check" a policy on/off

I'd like to see an additional column, a check box
column, for policy line items.

Once a policy has been created, it can simply be
checked(on)/unchecked(off) to use/not use. Constantly
editing in, then removing, then re-entering policies
gets to be a real PITA if you are dynamically
controlling ports on and off as needed.
