#91 add promt to change pic and name and contact info

i noticed in the settings file in the main dir u can
change that info u should
add a dialog so people can easly change it. i also
think if you should
change ur art it should change on the opponits side
also so they can see
what you have done and that way u can see what kinda
person your playing

it would be rad to see these added later on

Currently, opponent can already see the avatar pictures (big
and small one).
Currently wallparpers are not downloaded due to beta/testing
version the start of game would so mutch time.
So I'll add a checkbox enable/disable downloading opposites
settings.
