#148 Decoupling "colour"

Currently the colours are limited to 5 colours (red, blue, black, green, white). However, not every single TCG uses this scheme. (Some use 6 colours, some use 3 colours, etc)

Having the colour scheme be part of the game.xml definition makes more sense. It may have wider implications on a lot of the current mechanics however.
