#105 Mana Vault

Mana Vault triggers during upkeep.
But if it is untapped I beleive most of the times
nobody will pay 4 to untap it again! (Event if this
possibility should remain!), there is no need to ask by
default.
Holding a CTRL key could mean that you want to perform
such tasks!

Furthemore the pop-up which appears is not clear at all!

No MP do not know if the 'Pay 4' choice is the mostly
declined.
Nevertheless it's possible to "remember" your choice.
Option would be a checkbox with these options :
- either 'always'
- either 'only when card is in this state'
For this last option, several other options will be
possible (multi-select) and unchecked by default : tap
position, colors, types and properties.
Other propositions would be welcome.

This due to the separation of cost from effects. The
choice is made in cost part : "pay 4" or "not and cancel"
The text in "choice" dialogs will be upgraded : the
effects will appear in the choices.
For mana vault the text will be "{4} : untap"
