#313 Proxy URL for Wizards of the Coast has changed

Wizards of the Coast has changed their URL for the picture proxy.

They no longer use the URL below for images.
http://mi.wizards.com/global/images/magic/general

The new URL uses an ID number for each card, called the Multiverse ID.
http://gatherer.wizards.com/Handlers/Image.ashx?multiverseid=115&type=card
