Tried installing a number of times; got "java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Program Files\Magic - Project\oracle2xml.bat (Access is denied)" each time. I'm on Windows Vista.

Try moving the entire directory into a simple "c:\folder" and eun the "magic.bat" to launch the program.
