Notable things in the February 07 rules update:

-Tokens cannot return to play if not in play. It's modeled as a replacement effect.

216.4 A token that has left play can't come back into play. If such a token would return to play, it remains in its current zone instead. It ceases to exist the next time state-based effects are checked.

-Graft has a minor update that adds an intervening if to it, so it doesn't trigger if there are no +1/+1 counters on the creature with Graft.

502.54a Graft represents both a static ability and a triggered ability. "Graft N" means "This permanent comes into play with N +1/+1 counters on it" and "Whenever another creature comes into play, if this permanent has a +1/+1 counter on it, you may move a +1/+1 counter from this permanent onto that creature."

(Currently working on this, but placing a sup in the destination-test block doesn't seem to trigger the ability.)

-A rule pertains to static modifiers of players, but that's just timestamp order.

-The last one pertains to spell copy targets, but spell copies haven't been implemented yet (at least ones that let players rechoose targets).
