#30 add traffic shaping features?

It'd be nice if we could be able to prioritize traffice?
E.g., if the firewall machine is running a web server,
it's HTTP output would be prioritized over HTTP traffic
by users on on your local LAN so your network's users
can't saturate your link and make it look like your web
server is unresponsive :-)
