In our active directory network, we want downloaded files to be saved to H:\document\downloads. This is a mapped drive to our Windows 2008 file server. We do not want downloaded files saved to C:\user\downloads. In other words, we want files downloaded with Firefox to be saved over the network to the user's home directory on the file server, and not the local C-drive. The location for this setting in the adm template is under user configuration>policies>admin templates>classic admin templates>firefox default settings>set default download location. We have it enabled, and set to "my documents". It doesn't work. We have also tried setting it to "manual" with the H-drive file path, with no success. Finally, we have tried setting it to the "home" drive. No success. It isn't working. Any ideas? Thanks.
