#365 communication failed, however...

i also have this communication failed error, but i read through the other posts where people talk about this and no one has said it exactly like this...
i do have last.fm subscription, so there should be no issue there.
the music plays for X amount of minutes then the communication error happens.
this happens every time after restarting browser with or without restarting PC.

Do you have the latest version of the Flash Player plugin? This is the most likely cause for this error.
