No

I use Ffox 16.0 beta (Build 20120911232325). After logging in to Fire.fm and starting a station I get the message "The Fire.fm player hasn't started." I have deleted and re-installed the extension to no avail. Is this perhaps caused by the newest version of Ffox? Some other extensions are affected by it. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Please send us your log file so that we can look into this problem further:

    1) Locate your profile folder
    (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Profiles#How_to_find_your_profile)
    2) Inside this folder, you should see a folder named "firefm". Open it.
    3) Inside this folder you'll see a file named "log.txt". Please send this
    file to us.

    Thanks

It appears to be a problem with your Flash Player plugin. Do you have the latest version installled? You can check on this page: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/plugincheck/

Thank you for your answer. However, I have the latest Flash Player, v. 11.4.402.278, as the plugincheck informs me.

Do you have any problems when trying to play music at www.last.fm? Does it take a long time for the player to load?

No problem there; everything works as it should.

Hmm, I'm not sure what else could be causing this. I don't think the new Firefox version is at fault, and it looks like your Flash player plugin is working correctly except for when Fire.fm tries to load it.

Do you have any add-ons installed that are meant to block scripts or plugins?

Only Adblock Plus, but Fire.fm has worked with it perfectly earlier.

Yeah, ABP has never been a problem. I'm out of ideas, unfortunately :(
