#51 Logged in station menu items are disabled after customize

While being logged in, select Customize. If you click on 'Restore Default Set', the 'logged in' items under the Station menu are disabled, even though the broadcaster has the right state.
Maybe changing it to a command... or maybe looking for a way to detect when Customize is done and run a UI refresh.

I tried changing it to a command but got the same result.
We could add an overlay to the customize window and detect when it is closed, however I've found this not to be very reliable in other projects.
