My mtdaapd server doesn't have an mp3 password. My roku connects to the server just fine. The firefly client asks for a password but then gives an invalid password error no matter what I put into it.
I've tried adding a password to the firefly config file but that doesn't make any difference.
Me too. On my Linux notebook, Rhythmbox gets perfectly connected to mt-daapd on my RHEL-5 server (mt-daapd-0.2.4.2-3.el5), but FirefFly Client freshly downloaded from here (using ,java-1.6.0-openjdk-1.6.0.0-1.14.b16.el6.x86_64) asks for password (although there is no password set on the server) and whatever I enter it claims bad password.
I would like to install your Firefly client to my mom's Windows box, but testing here on Linux failed miserably.
How can I get more debugging info for you?
