[Firedrop-develop] Checking In - Plugin Updates and Tagging

A few check-ins to for Tagging and Plugins to update wax and wxpython imports

WinExp and Scratchpad now refocus when you hit the button again (on
Vista anyway!). ScratchPad is now a bit bigger when opened.
