<li>Insure that gnuplot is in a location where Apache
can find it, and that the path is Win32
compatible. If the Apache version is
cygwin distributed, the file paths may
be unix compatible.</li>
<li>Make sure that all the file permissions allow
writing the image file.</li>
<li>Check to make sure that the database permissions
are ok.</li>
