Yes, there was a problem with ODS 8 databases, due to rolling
ODS upgrades.  V6 uses blr_5.  All earlier versions use blr_4.
When a blr_5 trigger is stored in an ODS 8 database, neither
V4 nor V5 can read it.

My recommendation is that we eliminate the rolling upgrades.

However, I have a V5 database that can't be read by V6, getting
a wrong length record message.  The next time I get 10 minutes
to breath, I'm going to look at it again.
