[Firebird-net-provider] Column names changes in dtabase schema support

Hello:

I'm thinking on changes the name of the
columns returned in the database schema
DataTables, an example:

TABLE_NAME  -> TableName
COLUMN_NAME -> ColumnName

...

That is going to be needed for the .NET 2.0
version and doing it yet we will have a more
easy transition (it will do things harder now
but i think it's better now :) but we can choose)

Probably the FbDbSchemaType names will change too
(to remove the underscores)

In first place my idea is to do it in 1.7 sources
but it can be done in 1.6.1 too if nobody objects.
