[Firebird-net-provider] Borland Data Provider

Hello:

I'm starting to think on release the first Alpha of the
Borland Data Provider, but just not sure about how i'm going
to build the binaries ... huummm ... because seems that the BDP
version included in Delphi .NET and C# builder differs  ( if i'm
not wrong, if i'm please let me know :) ), more than probably
i will release binaries for the Delphi .NET version (i have the trial
installed and it's what i'm using for doing basic tests) and people that
is using C# builder (if there are) with a different BDP version will
need to build it from the sources (not difficult at all).

I will do the release probably next week (not decided yet depending
on some things can be that i release it this week).

The release will have a fixed version (1.0.0) because it's needed to
configure it in the BDP configuration files 
(BdpDataSources.xml/BdpConnections.xml)
and it can be used in connection strings as well and a change for each
alpha/beta/rc can be a mess ;)

It needs a lot of testing :) i haven't a NUnit test suite for it for now,
i will try to modify the ADO .NET provider one for use with the BDP and 
test it.
