[Firebird-net-provider] Cursors

Hello:

After read the needs of Keith Nutt i'm thinking on restore the
ability of execute a query using a cursor name, but in a different way
than before.

I was thinking on add a ExecuteCursor method to the FbCommand class
that returns an FbDataReader instance and in add a CursorName property
to the FbDataReader class (read-only).

As always opinions are welcome !!
