[Firebird-net-provider] Bulk Load Data into Firebird Embedded

Hi all,

This is somewhat off topic, but has anyone found a way to bulk load 55,000
rows into Firebird quickly?

I'm currently doing it via a dataadapter.update with a custom InsertCommand,
but it's taking almost 20 minutes.

So, in short... what's the easiest way to load 55,000 rows into Firebird.
Each row is only about <300 bytes.

My table has 8 columns w/ 1 auto number column, and no indexes.
