[Firebird-net-provider] a beginner

Good day.

Iam totally with this .net stuff. While Iam not new to firebird, I am 
trying to learn C# to develop a web application. I want to develop a web 
database aplication using Firebird. Is the Firebird .Net provider a 
component which is to be install in Visual C# so that I can connect to 
the database and work just like Delphi is to Visual C# and IB Object is 
to Firebird .Net Provider? If Iam mistaken can anybody give a notes on 
this thing?
