[Firebird-website] Webpages and CVS

Hi all,

Are we still supposed to commit webpage alterations to CVS? (Please
say Yes.)

I'm asking because when I wanted to update a page yesterday, I noticed
that some pages had been altered and not committed. This is risky
because not everybody will make the doublecheck of doing a CVS update
*and* checking the versions on the SF shell server. If you don't do
the latter and pages have changed, updating them will undo any
uncommitted changes. If you don't do *either* it's even worse! :-)
(This has happened already.)

There were also a number of new pages that haven't been added to the
CVS tree at all.

If we don't use CVS anymore, how do we avoid undoing each other's
work?

PS I've committed the three altered pages in htdocs/doc/ now. Didn't
touch the other stuff.
