I get the header but no 'menu bar', although I can see and 'empty
table' where the menu should be, but clicking on the 'cells' (that are
hyperlinks) either does nothing, or takes me to
http://www.firebirdsql.org/undefined../index.php?op=files  which is an
invalid URL.  The flamerobin graphic is also not being displayed.

From what I can tell, exactly the same as above, except the flamerobin
graphic is being displayed.
