I think it's Konquerer's JavaScript implementation. The problem Fred
describes has been there since the bird graphic and top menus were
replaced months ago, and it never went away. It stopped me from
accessing the site (other than the homepage) under Linux, until I
installed Firefox.

I opened them both in Firefox (0.9/Win), and they are both complete,
including the graphic.
