[Firebird-website] Optimized "Firebird(tm)" image

Hi,

I always have problems when opening our site - the "Firebird(tm)" image
loads few seconds and this process is visible to others (I have 2Mbit DSL
line, so my connection is not the reason).

In attachment you will find an optimized image from our main page. I think
it makes sense to use indexed palette and image of the 6k size instead of
42k RGB image.
