[Firebird-website] Link to manual

Pavel,

I would like to create a symlink "manual" in htdocs pointing to
devel/doc/manual/defaulthtml (or maybe just to devel/doc/manual).

This way the main index of the manual docs could be given as

  http://www.firebirdsql.org/manual/

instead of

  http://www.firebirdsql.org/devel/doc/manual/defaulthtml/

Is that OK with you?
