I have created a new site dedicated to Firebird in french at
http://firebird.a6cmo.fr.

The tool use for this site is SPIP, it's a PHP/Mysql open-source solution
which give everyone who want the possibility to contribute.

Of course a lot of material will come from ibphoenix and www.firebirdsql.org
site as simple
translation.
