Pavel, right, I found it - eventually.  It is well-hidden, though.  Could=
 you place a link up in the top menu?

How I came to notice it (rather, the lack of it) today, I was trying to l=
ink someone to IPL v.1.0 via an email and found that the one at IBP was t=
he only "extant" v.1.0 I could find, other than on my own hard disk...
