The IPL is on our site from day one of our new design :) Just take a 
look at the sidebar in Documentation section. However, it seems 
that the IPL is not exactly the original IPL 1.0, but some earlier 
draft (slight difference in amendments and a reference to Georgia's 
law. I copied it from IBP). I should get the right copy from Ann 
shortly, so I'll update it.
