[Firebird-net-provider] Firebird .NET for Delphi 8

I'm using delphi 8 for .NET, but I do not obtain to
find a form to connection.
Somebody help me,  with the example, or a site with
example.

I see the example for C# in the package of the
installation, but I don't understood.
