[Firebird-net-provider] GdsInetWriter/Reader Replacement in 1.6 sources

Hello:

I have implemented an XdrStream that will replace the actual 
GdsInetWriter/GdsInetReader classes in 1.6 sources, implementation is 
more clear and preformance, using the AS3AP benchmark, seems to be better.

Existent NUnit test suites (for the ado.net class and the GDS 
implementation) runs fine with these changes.

In first place i was thinking on release alpha 1 before commit these 
changes but as it's a cnage that can broke something ;) i'm thinking on 
commit these changes yet and release the 1.6 alpha 1 with them, opinions ??
